Webinars on maternal mortality reduction targets post-2015

21 & 28 March 2014
These events are hosted by the Maternal Health Task Force, which we have cross-posted with permission.

As the end of the Millennium Development Goals in 2015 draws near, it is critical that the maternal health community come together to ensure that maternal health remains on the international agenda.

This month, the Maternal Health Task Force will host two webinars to advance discussion on targets and strategic objectives for maternal mortality reduction post-2015, proposed by the Ending Preventable Maternal Mortality working group.

Please join us to share your thoughts and input to the draft Ending Preventable Maternal Mortality proposals and let us know how targets and strategies could work best in your country. Detailed information on the proposed targets and strategic framework, as well as commentary on the goals, is available on the Maternal Health Task Force website.

The online dialogues will be held on:

  • Friday, March 21, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. EST
  • Friday March 28, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. EST

Your feedback is vital to the success of the proposed goals.

Please RSVP to reserve your place. Once a reply has been received, you will be emailed with detailed instructions on how to join the consultation.
